  1. Just saying, yes I watched soundwaves video but only borrowed the idea of the ram intake and tail connector. I did the rest w/o influence.
  2. Like ThingyMajigy said, it being the same aircraft it will naturally look similar. Really I only borrow the idea of using the tail connector and the ram intake, and did the rest of it without influence from his video.
  3. I made a replica of the F/A-18. Here's a link to the forum post http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/131751-fa-18-hornet-replica-cinematic-showcase/
  4. Here are my replica showcases! Like, share and subscribe if you want to! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- F/A-18 Hornet ----------------------------------------------------------------- F-4 Phantom II ----------------------------------------------------------------- MiG-29 Replica ----------------------------------------------------------------- A-10 Warthog ----------------------------------------------------------------- SR-71 Once again, like, subscribe and share if you want!
  5. I'm trying to keep it all stock atm but will maybe do some modded replicas in the future.
  6. It is a ram intake, I borrowed the idea from one of Soundwave's videos.
  7. Hi! Here is a replica of a F/A-18 Hornet I made, all stock, it's about 60 parts. Please give feedback in the description and subscribe if you want to! 9. Thanks, ill keep this in mind for my next build. I had no idea that the engines were that far away from the stabalizers, thanks for pointing that out I'll try to pay a bit more attention to details like that. Btw I will build or at least attempt to make a replica of that F-18.
  10. I made a topic in the challenges and idea's topic. The challenge is to try to land the plane on the roof of the VAB without breaking anything, and then put your video of doing it in the comments.
  11. Hi! I recently made a video of a craft called the UM-1 It's a very maneuverable stunt plane. Here's a short video of a bit of what it can do. Moving on, I want to see if anyone can land this plane on the roof of the VAB on the helipad! I actually did it but my engines were destroyed so I did not record it. Put your video below if your able to land this plane on top of the VAB! Aircraft Download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gw9zohd8ngyq8ib/UM.craft?dl=0 Here is my attempt to do this challenge, I was pretty close.
  12. I'll put up the download now. And I actually landed it on the helipad, but the landing gear broke so I cut it out. Here's the download https://www.dropbox.com/s/gw9zohd8ngyq8ib/UM.craft?dl=0
  13. If you flew it you'd see it is very maneuverable, like I said earlier it may not appear as maneuverable given the low speed it is going ( does not exceed 80 m/s while doing a turn) it exceeds 30 g's when doing a sharp turn at high speeds.
  14. I had the same problem, that's why there is something like 12 struts under the hull of the aircraft so it doesn't tear itself apart
  15. I'm thinking of building a SSTO that can get to space in under a minute for the next video. This thing turns on the dime once it's at higher speeds. It never exceeds 120 m/s in this video so as a result it doesn't turn as fast. Perhaps I'll make a showcase video of this plane to show that.
  16. I'd still call it maneuverable over instable. It can pull incredibly sharp turns. However yes it is a bit unstable but that was purposely done so it can make those turns.
