Hello, I'd like to know if anyone knows of any mods that can improve the game's graphics yet still not lag out my game since my computer isn't that great. Thank you.

I recommend a free video editing software called "Lightworks" It is by far the best free video editor I've found and is capable of doing what you want. I hope this helps.
