copied the sections I wanted to keep from one landcoords.cfg to the other and systems refused to recognize them. what other files are being touched by this?

JasOn thanks for the response. The Squad folder is complete and in tact.

In my modded game I have lost the stock Squad rocket parts but have them in the un-modded version. How can I find what mod is overwriting them?
