      Oh, here are the mods: MiosSystem, BearPod MK1, Cryo Engines and Cryo Tanks, Hyper edit (Hasn't been correctly installed,[It hasn't work yet]) Korpenicus 0.63 and the expansion, Lionhead Aero Space Inc, NearFuture Spacecraft and Props, Prakasa AeroworksStation,StationPartsExpansion, and TweakScale.

      Now that is weird... Try installing just Kerbol Origins alone with Kopernicus and Module Manager and see if it happens again. If it doesn't, start gradually adding more and more mods you had until it starts happening again. Or maybe it's just a KSP glitch... Or a memory hog. Check your Task Manager to see if you have enough RAM. If teh game uses just bellow crashing RAM it gets weird bugs like this.
