Banned for animal cruelty - give that cat a helmet!

7.5/10 see you around quite a bit.

Think of it this way - it runs without bugs (so far)! Something not so many games can attest to on initial release. Also as I've said probably better than what I could do. I have no experience in java...

totm march 2020 So what song is stuck in your head today?

Stumbled across some of their stuff, liked it, looked for some more, and now been playing this decently often. recently. -
Advanced Rotation?

You could also download Editor Extensions Redux and custom set a 10 degree snap. Or a 40 degree snap. Both would get you to the thing you wanted. -
You can't directly upload images to the forum. In short, upload it to an image hosting site (imgur is popular), then copy the link and paste it in the post. It should normally embed. Also, @The_Cat_In_Space, you ninja'd me.

Does NJ count as Northeastern? We got a bit of snow. Honestly wouldn't mind seeing more. Quite like the look of those trees covered in snow.
-
Yeah I can see this being interesting.

totm aug 2023 What funny/interesting thing happened in your life today?

Hey, long as all the bits work well enough, I don't think placement would matter too much. Would probably be a nightmare for surgeons though. Also I think a family friend actually does have her heart on the wrong side. I think, not sure. -
Sort of? The issues isn't the physics engine itself (although it probably contributes to how smooth or clunky stuff acts), its that KSP is very physics intensive. There are calculations for aerodynamics, impact, stress, heat, projectile motion, and more, on a part by part basis. Doing all of these on a phone with less CPU power to afford is quite difficult. You can strip it down as sumghai said, but it wouldn't be the full experience. Not to mention also that KSP by itself uses probably regularly about half the keyboard for actual interactions, so transferring those controls while possible is going to be difficult. Then you will eventually run into limitations for screen space which on smaller devices is going to be a nightmare because of Fat Finger Syndrome.

Even in electronic systems, unless the door runs off of electromagnets, there is still a mechanical component between the door and it getting open. At least at my school though, we have a card based system for building entry. A bit annoying but you get used to it. I do agree standard locks and keys are probably going to be here for a while.

It is a magic bush - it alone can bring balance to the farce. -
Mines a gif. Making a santa hat stick onto it for that seems like a lot of work. I'll see you back here in... two weeks maybe?

I.... "buffed" ion engines (and some other parts) to an outright dumb degree.

Ion Plane Development Challenge
qzgy replied to Ultimate Steve's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
hey hey @Ultimate Steve I think I did a thing. Using totally hacked and absurd OP parts I made a runway takeoff capable ion plane. Seriously though, don't count this. I edited the file for some absurd numbers. The cockpit has capacity for something like 5*10^18 units of electric charge and the xenon tank has something like 315,000 units of xenon in there. I should give this an honest shot sometime, but uhhh.... I felt like doing this just for fun. Serious non-hacked entry maybe coming soon(tm). -

Watched Star Wars VI for the first time yesterday or the day before. Am I caught up now? -
Same thing I said about doing some physics, hw and cleaning my room over the past breaks. I really should get to it....
-
As opposed to what? Sleeping on the ground or in a hammock? Oh what if you made something to hang yourself upside down with and sleep like that? Like a bat.
-
There's a mod for that. It could be an interesting thing, but on the other hand that means time to already make what exists as a mod.
-
Ohhh so these loading things that are coming out are just previews for a bigger thing? That kinda makes sense. Felt a bit thought like they were the updates in and of themselves....
-
New ksp loading is out. Nothing there? Or is it still that hard to decide?

Game the system. Setup a YouTube Playlist with the songs you like and listen to that. That's what I do most of the time anyways for my music. I'm not quite sure if banning Spotify does cross a line as you say. I can see how it might be unreasonable though considering youtube is still viewable.
