Just wish I could recreate This... but with the newer shading. I had the waves, and the whitecaps perfect I grew up right next to the ocean in Newfoundland, and at the time this SS was taken, I had it as realistic as possible... have not been able to re-create it in at least a year... maybe 2 Why do you have Scatterer removed from your Gamedata folder?
-
I have not seen a performance hit so far. It's all looking good on my end. I'll let you know if I notice anything.
-
@JadeOfMaar Awesome, thanks!!
-
I think I found it, but I don't have a solution YET... In Simple construction: SimpleConstruction\Patches\SC\ISRU.cfg Line 3 +MODULE[ModuleResourceConverter]:HAS[#ConverterName[Mono*]] In RationalResources: RationalResources\CRP\zConvertOTron.cfg Line 5 !MODULE[ModuleResourceConverter]:HAS[#ConverterName[Mono*]] {} I believe these 2 lines are conflicting?
-
No problem at all! In the meantime I will keep digging to see if I can find a solution.
-
@Galileo Here is a short video I just made of the issue I am having with Rational Resources and Simple Construction. So far, I have not found the root of the problem. Video in spoiler:
-
I reset my graphics detail to max, and removed SVE, and the floaty trees are gone.
-
My game takes a few minutes to load... even off a 970 PRO Checking... lol Nope... wheew
-
I have a slight issue that I have not figured out yet... With simple Construction installed, normally you can create "Metal" (for use in making "Rocket Parts) using only Ore... but with Rational Resources installed, it's asking for other stuff... and I can't find where this change is being forced. I'll get pics in a few min.
-
I had SVE installed by mistake when I took that video... did you also notice the floating trees? Yeah, it was me... It was an oversight... I forgot to remove it when I installed JNSQ. It's removed now.
-
OOPS I posted this in the wrong thread earlier: I have been using this in 1.7.1 with the latest dll from ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads without any issues so far. I created a resource switch for SC using SimpleFuelSwitch because I do not use Interstellar Fuel Switch (IFS). Here is it if anyone would like it... it only changes the Small Holding Tank, but it can be easily modified to change other tanks, or all the ore tanks.
-
@Galileo I have not reverted this many times since I was a n00b!! LOL it's awesome!
-
Cheers mate, thanks for the heads up!
-
Just trying to help... I do not know how much you know about it... carry on.

@AstralWither First off, I am not trying to insult your intelligence, I do not know how experienced you are with KSP modding and such. If it happens to be that you are on 1.7.2 instead of 1.7.1, do the following. 1. Open Steam (if this is where you got KSP from... most likely it is) Go to Games View Games Library Right click Kerbal Space Program Go to Betas tab Under Select the beta you would like to opt into: Choose 1.7.1 2. Once the roll-back is complete, go to your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common folder, and copy your Kerbal Space Program folder to some other place on your drive (you should use this copy to run your game from now on). Run KSP from wherever you copied it to and enjoy this mod working in 1.7.1. Finally, you can go back into steam, and choose opt out of Betas, this will put your Steam install back to 1.7.2 What I have in steam, is a completely clean and unmodded version of latest KSP... I never use it, I only copy it somewhere else to use it. MAKE A COPY OF YOUR SAVES FOLDER FIRST!! Just in case
-
@AstralWither Are you using KSP 1.7.1 or 1.7.2. you should check that out... I bet a beer you're using 1.7.2 Check the second line in your KSP.log file. Shouild look like this: Kerbal Space Program - 1.7.1.2539 and not like this: Kerbal Space Program - 1.7.2.2556

My first task is to set up a refueling station in orbit... I have to launch it in about 5 sections and assemble it in orbit. and several Scansat / science / communication satellites around Kerbin and the moon
-
lol yeah no warning nothing just POOF!! "what happened there..." Loving this mod... alot.
-
Made it to 150km orbit without any Thor Tech parts. She got pretty RED though...
-
Nope, stock stats, just enlarged. I think they look different with Textures Unlimited installed.
-
Thanks!! the OPT-W Large Pylons are actually good wings. It doesn't fly great at low speeds. The landing gear are the Adjustable Landing Gear (Large) from KerbalFoundries, scaled to 1.5x
-
Just finished my water cooling loop yesterday... well finished for now Hasn't brought this modest machine to it's knees yet and I run a lot of mods. I resemble that remark!! She may be plump, but she has no equal! I prefer to use the word voluptuous... I had to google the spelling of that word lol
-
OH and you may notice something weird in the video I posted... floating trees... maybe because I had SVE installed too?
-
Yeah, the shieldnir stuff made it too easy... because I believe heat is the only true barrier. I'll try without it.

*squints really really hard...
