problem was as simple as updating the mod...my bad

i'm having trouble with the sifters not working, i have all the requirements met but they just aren't working. i even eliminated the idea of a conflicting mod.

I'm having trouble with the SIEVERT engines, it always says that the intakes are atmosphere deprived despite being open and having spammed multiple intakes, what am I not doing right? Other than that I love the mod.
