Actually, the picture shows the height it can achieve with INFINITE FUEL cheat on. That gives the intakes more air. Technically, it cannot reach 12km without cheats. Also, Those air intakes look more like an F-35's than a F-22's. Put more work into it!

Kerbpaint. It makes your craft look all pretty:)

2 Atomic engines will never lift up a 30 ton payload(on kerbin at least). the max it can lift up on kerbin is about 12.2tons

Also, could you send me the link of the craft? It would be greatly helpful if i test the craft myself

It maybe due to not enough thrust. It would be helpful if u could tell me the weight of the craft and the total thrust:)

also, make sure that the CoL is not too far away from CoM. Make sure it is just behind CoM.

Actually, the best way to experience KSP fully is without any mods at all. Just visual mods like Kerbpaint etc. Check out mareczex at www.youtube.com/user/mareczex333. He does not have any mods. Just kerbpaint and some visual mods. no Kerbal Engineer, no mechjeb. And yet, he still flies his plane replicas better than a real fighter pilot. Also, learn to understand the NavBall and the map. It helps A LOT. Then, you should calculate the mass of your final plane/rocket , convert the total amount of thrust on your first stage to kg, and the final result should be your thrust being more than your plane/rocket's total mass.
