  1. Hi i am wondering if anyone has a fix for why the parts supplied by this mod are highlighted in light blue when I load a craft in situ. This is extremely obnoxious and requires hovering the mouse over the parts for the highlighting to go away. Thanks for any suggestions!
  2. Oh my god.... So I went and just tried to connect several modules on Earth to test the functionality, and after making a handful of KAS pipe connections the Kraken lifted the whole lot of modules into the air before devouring them. Now I understand why the abstract logistics make more sense- otherwise I imagine connecting an entire base would be near impossible! Thanks for your wisdom, it is more immersive to play with the abstract logistics rather than watching your bases get thrown left and right
  3. Futhermore, is there any way for me to change the mod files such that logistics isnt magically wireless and requires some form of physical connection be it connecting tubes or KAS? I love the idea of in-situ resource extraction and life support sustainability but the logistics of "beaming" resources from hundreds of meters somewhat defeats the whole purpose of the mod for me. Thanks again for any help/suggestions!
  4. I am very much in love with the mechanics and modeling added by your mod Roverdude! I am looking for help with modifying the mod files just to change "scavange" to scavenge, and it appears on most command modules or habitats. If anyone knows how I can edit a config file or something to fix this it would be very much appreciated! I love this mod so far, it provides such immersive mechanics, and as someone who has very little experience writing mods it is humbling.
  5. Does atmospheric include exospheric like outside of atmosphere but within the SOI? And does this mean there is no way to implement anything other than a static abundance? Is the only possible workaround to add a conversion ratio of Ore-> Xenon/Argon at very low values like 1:0.00007? In which case would that be achieved by adding those conversions into the config of the ISRU itself and doing away with the Cryogenic Gas Separator? Thanks for your help
  6. So does that mean a static abundance percentage throughout Kerbin's SOI and atmosphere is the best that can be achieved? Even a solution that includes only atmospheric abundance as a function of pressure would be way more immersive for me.
  7. Hello, I am a long time lurker and I have been messing around with the config files in an attempt to get a semi-realistic portrayal of Xenon and Argon concentrations within the atmosphere and SOI (radiation belts). Through hours of painstaking experimentation I've concluded that the abundance of either gaseous resource is either hit or miss: There is no gradient, there is no effective altitude or range, and there is not variance with atmospheric pressure.... This then forces me to beg the question what is going on!? Currently it seems that the only true distribution property that works are the abundance ranges, and the seed generates a random value based on the percentage chance and variance within those ranges. My question as a newbie forum poster is how on Earth/Kerbin is that even remotely an accurate representation of gaseous concentrations if the values don't even change with pressure....? Like I hope I am fundamentally misunderstanding how to go about writing the config files but at this point it seems like the mod itself is flawed somehow. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated! My goal is for Xenon and Argon to be concentrated with varying percentages within the atmosphere as a function of pressure and within the exosphere as a function of altitude. (someone already posted several pages back about multiple radiation belts and I think that is perfect). Thanks all!
