Landed a probe on Duna, but forgot to put an antenna on the lander so it has no way of sending all the science back to Kerbin.

As far as I know, Universe Sandbox is an N-body simulation.

I play in whatever the default one is, since I really can't be bothered to change it.

I've seen a similar thing on my rockets, but at the stage where there are flames. The effect usually seems to be caused by the Basic Fin for me.

Landed a ship on the Mun for a contract, and deorbited an old station, most of which survived, thanks to the parachutes on an unused return vehicle.

Personally I'd rather see a tenuous atmosphere on Eeloo.

My major rocket designs are named after letters in the phonetic alphabet (e.g. Alpha) followed by a Roman numeral number (e.g. III), which states which iteration of the rocket, followed by a letter designation (e.g. SR). Under my naming system the Alpha III SR would mean the "Station resupply version of the third iteration of the Alpha rocket".

As far as I know, no. The only way to get the game to Steam from the KSP store that I know of is to buy a whole new copy of the game.
