  1. Do you have any plans to make another S2 cockpit? Maybe one that houses more than 2 Kerbals and looks a little more Shuttle-y?
  2. J.Random delete your boulderco and eve folders and start over. Might be an old file causing the conflict (it was for me).
  3. Cheers, I'll look it up. Thanks again for making the game so goddamn pretty.
  4. How do you not have stars on your Munar surface? Looks awesome.
  5. Looks like I had an outdated eve mod. Now the planetes look beautiful! Thought about maybe having a soupy fog layer for Minmus that sits in the flats areas? Would make it all very spooky and challenging to land on.
  6. For some reason my fadedists are not saving. I wonder if someone coule zip up their boulderco folder for me to try.
  7. Alright, I'll do some fixing. Do my settings look around standardish? Also, here's what my mun looks like with the fade distances fixed. That about right?
  8. Wow, that seemed to fix it. Should all my fadedists be at 100 in settings or in scaled settings too? My fade dists are defaulted to 8. I wonder why mine is so out. Here is the settings for my layer 3: RimPower 2 Rim Scale 3 DetailDist 2E-06 MinLight 0.5 Fadedist 8 (now 100) Rimdist 0.0001 Is there any way I can get someone's saved config? This was a fresh install so I don't know why mine is all puggled.
  9. I tried to upload a picture of what i am experiencing on all planets (Kerbin and Mun tested). As soon as I get to the edge of that atmosphere layer, it gives me a solid eggshell at the height of that layer. I tested this by hitting ALT+N and raising the Mun's 2nd layer from 7000 to 12000 and sure enough the eggshell/bubble increased.
  10. My Duna atmosphere became a solid blue with no gradient when I dipped below 21000M. There a fix to that?
  11. Ahh, very good. I'll reinstall later today. Did you do anything with the mun to make it nicer to look at up close?
  12. I don't think I'll be using this until I can play without having to faff with the atmosphere settings in the tracking station (my game crashes every half hour due to mods) but I am so very very impressed with this. When I first saw the pictures of Kerbin with the Mun on the horizon I was pretty much expecting it to be a photoshop touchup. Turns out I was pretty wrong. All the best! Can't wait to see your progress.
  13. For my shuttle program I used explorer ships (much like NASA did). My fleet were: Beagle, Calypso, Endurance, Scotia, Belgica, Horizon.
  14. Really liking your station acc. What pack did you get the 2.5m truss sections from? Here's mine, but I'm not happy with the FusTek Truss pieces in that they dominate the thing visually.
  15. This looks amazing, but I can't seem to use it. I placed the K3 folder in gamedata, and whilst my B9 cockpit shows 4 slots which I can fill with Crewmanifest, the game goes all wonky when I launch a flight. No IVAs, no staging.
  16. Got a craft file for that beauty? It's ridiculously easy to get the new Heinlein into orbit. Good god.
  17. KSP 20.1 was just released and one of the things noted is "Tweaked the logic for part-to-part collisions. Things should be much less likely to explode on contact." Gonna remake my Heinlein with the B9 wings.
  18. Whuuuuuuaaaaaa? *goes to check* Holy balls! That's amazing! Bravo! I might try a version of this with the COM offset stuff removed to see if they don't explode.
  19. I'm very impressed with this pack. However, the wings and fuselage don't like to play ball together. The Hienlein (or whatever it's called) SSTO spaceplane's wings love to explode after being in timewarp, or sometimes just at random. Also, some of the cockpits prove impossible to actually see directly out of. Usually just staring at a non-functional MFD. Nice to look out of, but fairly useless.
  20. Excellent! I think next up you should make a module that goes on top of the engine module, which is a shaped RCS tank with spaces for thrusters to go on.
  21. Chickenplucker, that really does look awesome, but how about an optional version where the fairings fire/drop off and the Bigtrak merely drives off the side, wether it\'s landed or near the ground? An RCS module allows for an independant landing.
  22. Any chance you could add a connection point to the very top of it? I like to pull my Bigtrak to the mun with a cradle style rocket for some reason, so it\'d look pretty nifty to have the engines surrounding the fairing.
  23. Absolutely loving this. I managed to wrangle this beaut to the mun, and here\'s a video!
