Hey, i copied all 3 RealPlume-Stock, RealPlume, and Smokescreen folders in my Game data, but i don't have any Smokescreen setting button when i play. How can i do?

So, wich versions of module manager, kopernicus.. should we have to run it on KSP 1.3, i'm a bit lost a tried a lot of combinations and it don't work at all.
