I have the same issue as well.

Is there something I need to do in order to improve the recovery factor when landing someplace besides KSC? I launched and recovered from KSC2, but I only got about a 62% recovery. The dialog said I was 765km from KSC2 which is clearly wrong. That's probably the distance from the main KSC.

It amazes me how poor the stock UI is in performing such a critical function. This is by far one of the most useful mods if you need to dock two spacecraft. Thanks NavyFish!

The problem is most likely due to the ships not being upgraded to handle the modified physics in new versions of the game.
