I'm in Australia. I go back to school tomorrow,.but it's only an eight week term. I finish around November 25th, and then it's a two month holiday break. Tomorrow I'll re-install KSP on my computer, now with Windows 10. Hopefully the IT department haven't reconfigured our computers to block 'external programs', or else I won't be playing KSP anymore.

Star Trek: Voyager. Cool, funny, and interesting at the same time.
-
A simple poll on whether LEGO should release Star Trek sets. I personally would like to see a set of either Voyager, or Voyager's interior.

totm march 2020 So what song is stuck in your head today?

For me, the theme of Star Trek: Voyager. That's why you do not watch all seven seasons on Netflix over the course of five days, straight. -
Why don't they make a series that's set in or after the events of Voyager and DS9 (24-25th century)? Since 2009 we've had alternate reality, lens flare, random explosions, lens flare, people getting killed for no reason, lens flare, and more lens flare. Voyager was great because it was like a family. People trying to get home, visiting other civilisations, and treating the Borg like target practice. DS9 was great because it had both the sci-fi battle element, and a family element. Life on a space station, with a wormhole that seems to create Dominion fleets every time it opened, and Sisko's attitude of "shoot first, questions later", meant that it was rarely boring (excluding the long intro). Discovery is pretty much lens flare, and conversations that make no sense. Why not a series in the 29th century? Enterprise J, Daniels, and everything else futuristic. That would be cool to watch

I will say this: I'm an idiot. I forgot that I could use my iPad to visit the forums, but I just logged on again from it. For the whole two weeks, I hadn't thought of using this to visit the site, but here I am, from a two week break of Xbox and the occasional model kit.

It's the end of the term at my school! I can finally go home and enjoy myself on the holidays! Except, my laptop is being collected by the IT department to be upgraded to Windows 10. This means that I won't be able to use it over the two week holiday period, and thus won't be on the forums. So, goodbye for now, and see you in two weeks... And also, goodbye Cassini.

This was what I pasted into google translate, so I could put it in Russian and hear it from translate Slav’sya, Otechestvo nashe svobodnoye! (Russian: Славься, Отечество наше свободное!; Slav’sya, Otechestvo nashe svobodnoye!, lit. "Be glorious, our free Fatherland!"), officially known as the "State Anthem of the Soviet Union" (Russian: Государственный гимн СССР, tr. Gosudarstvenny Gimn SSSR) was introduced during World War II on 15 March 1944, replacing The Internationale as the official anthem of the Soviet Union and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. The lyrics were written by Sergey Mikhalkov (1913–2009) in collaboration with Gabriel El-Registan (1899–1945) and the music was composed by Alexander Alexandrov (1883–1946). Although the Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991, its national anthem's melody continues to be used in the Russian Federation's national anthem, which has different lyrics to the version used in the Soviet Union @StupidAndy, THAT'S MY OLD SCHOOL!

Shouldn't this be in the Gameplay Questions and Tutorials subforum? It isn't really a request for support on game issues, it's just a guide for Xbox KSP controls. And the place for guides is the 'Tutorials' area of the Gameplay Questions and Tutorials subforum.

I was building an Airfix P-51 Mustang kit, and screwed it up. I lost the tail wheel, and snapped off the wheel. Luckily I fixed it by glueing the wheel to a bit of sprue and then fitting it in the gap. It works perfectly now. -

I fixed up some vandalism on the Pocket Planes wiki, as someone had completely deleted everything from a couple of pages. I then messaged them about it, and they replied with this: 'LOL YOU KID YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING! EVERYONE CAN EDIT THE WIKI ITS A FREE COUNTRY! I CAN MAKE CHANGES AND DO WHATEVER I WANT. YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO YOU RETARD!!!!!111'. I spoke with the wiki admins, and the person has now been banned for a week. I then wrote on their talk page: 'Due to your recent inappropriate behaviour on the Pocket Planes wiki, you have now been banned from the site for seven days. Have a nice day!' -

I was in my school's tuckshop (cafeteria) line, and it's Friday Garlic Bread. I had to be kept in for unfinished homework, but then did it and ran to the tuckshop. The garlic bread (six pieces for $1.50), sells out REALLY quickly, and I got the second last piece! How lucky is that! A few seconds later I saw so many kids leaving after hearing "Sorry we're out of garlic bread". -
I've added the TWR, but not Max Q (as the average newbie doesn't take that into account)

"Pocket Trains Wiki" All I need to do is get a train and go somewhere extremely remote. Maybe I can pull up to train stations, search for food, stockpile it in the carriages, and then get out alive. If zombies are chasing me on the tracks, I can run them over (in front), or decouple a carriage to hit them (behind me).

Yes. I was pointing out that building a Lego Kerbal X is not as near enough challenging as building a Saturn V (which they have already done).
-
Are there any good tank mods out there (excluding SC Panzer Parts)? I already have SC Panzer, but the guns don't shoot (even though I also have BDArmory and a weapon manager on). I've seen some mods that allow people to build WW2 tanks, like a Panther, Tiger, T-34 or King Tiger, and also some mods for more modern tanks, but I don't know what the mods are called.
-
As in Lego releasing sets? Please explain
-
Well if Lego made a set of the Saturn V, then they can make a set of the Kerbal X. I'm imagining a 'Jeb's First Rocket' set, with an SRB and a Mk1 Command Pod.

My 'A Song About The Old Forum' post got liked by a SQUAD staff member! I know it isn't massive, amazing news, but to me, it's very special. That and accidentally dropping the classes pizza last night (for a celebration of arts thing). Yay? -
If you wanted advice about modding, then I would go to the 'Add-on Development' or 'Add-on Discussion' subforums. If you want help in creating a mod, then go to the 'Development' forum, and if you want to request a mod, then go to the 'Discussion' forum.
-
Would it be nice to see some LEGO KSP sets? Like a LEGO version of the Kerbal X, or a big 'every child wants for Christmas/birthday' set of the Kerbal Space Center? What's your thoughts on this?
