Exactly. I resolved this a long time ago and I Guess I never pressed enter. oof. But now I just got a GT 710 and getting for some reason 80-100 fps. Turns out there was a dedicated GPU but it didn't want to show up it was a Quardo NVS 300 with only 512MB.

As I promised here is what I had not planned at all and did it without any rcs and watching a quick scott manley tutorial...

(I don't know which section to put this on put I think this may be most relevant to this topic) So some people like me play ksp on low end computers. You may have a hard time with lag and performance in general. I have a solution for you guys. I found a Graphics Card that will get your FPS from 10 fps up to 70 fps. I know the frustration of playing with 10 fps on any game. But the GT 710 is good enough to get 70 fps. I recently got it because of that and I had a freaking NVS 300 with only 512 MB DDR3. I specifically got the MSI 2GB one and at times I got 100 fps. I even put it in all high settings and it still got to 70 fps. And I am not a paid advertiser (even though this sounds like I am) I just thought this would be worth sharing. I know this GPU isn't a GTX 1080 Ti but it will do you good on other medium demanding games.

I believe this happens when ksp crashes. Does it ever ask you to close the program or wait for ksp to respond? Also on another note, you say that you have Windows 8.1 64-bit and then you say you only have 6.95 usable. I've only seen this with 32 bit Windows.

The orientation is normal. The Nav Ball is normal I don't know if the root part is facing the wrong way because I don't know which is the right way.

I recently made a SR 71 Blackbird! I was actually able to land mine without killing Jeb! SO, after my experience with the cold war era plane, I wanted to see if mine was any good. Reply to this with and Image and link to your craft file if you want to share it. Here's mine: Click for Craft File If you want to fly it, the stall speed is around 90-100 m/s and, it tends to yaw right at the 110 m/s mark. It works best in under 20 km. Yaw really doesn't work well so I roll then pitch up (remind me what that maneuver is called again).

I get 5 FPS no matter what I do. BTW I'm in progress with mine. No Pictures until the finish. Also, do the stations have to be modded? Almost all the once I've seen in this thread are modded.

So I am making a Mun rover and when I went to test it on kerbin, the wheels move in the wrong direction. Instead of pressing the w key to move forward I have to press s. I know this isn't a real problem put it could get confusing. Here is the rover:

Forgot to put ladder and now struggling to use EVA. (EDIT again) I time warped too much and crashed Jeb into Kerbin. (edit again) Retried and Jeb blew up in the atmosphere. I have it to that he will reappear because i cant kill Jeb. But I added a heat shield.

Ok but the problem is that the landing gear are too high so the engine will break again. Thank you anyway for clearing that up.

I was going to the Mun and I had actually made it. Here is a screenshot if you want to see what happened. https://imgur.com/a/cZnzVoX My engine broke. I made a new and improved ship that should work. But I don't want to go through that same complicated process to get there again. I had quicksaved right before I landed so i want to go to that quicksave with my new rocket. Is it possible to load a quicksave with a new rocket?

I just made it to the Mun today (YAY) I don't think you need so many parts if your just going to the mun and nothing else. If you are using the radial decouplers that are flat(ish) that you should switch to the ones that are raised, if you understand what I am saying, they should make them separate farther away form the main rocket so the raised decouplers will reduce the risk of the boosters hitting the rocket.

Sorry for not responding for so long. I opened the console and it doesn't even show the frame rate on the graph when I am launching a rocket. It only says 25. I am using the pre-made AeroEquus.

I have no debris because I have not exploded anything yet. I use a desktop, it does not get hot. And how do you check frame rate?
