  1. Here is COROT 7-B, One of the Hottest Terrestrial Planets. It is though to have lava oceans. http://i.imgur.com/JLs9uiG.png
  2. Cratercracket got it. You don't need to repeat it.
  3. What Will be in Version 0.1? Pebbles And Nulleff, Our Ying-Yang of the Pack. Nulleff has 2.6 gees, while Pebbles has 0.002(?). Nullef requires lots of power, while you can land on pebbles with a weak ion engine. Hel, a Planet with it's atmosphere being ripped apart. ~0.6 g's, and has a thick, eve-like atmosphere. Ira. Don't Go If you want to live. What Will Not Be In Version 0.1? Bug fixes, most likely. target these planets at your own risk! EVE/Scatterer Enhancements. More Stuff Than Above Cake. I'm Sorry.
  4. You Are Our Savior! I was Using this, and I thought it would not work. Thanks!
  5. An Update on Hel, The Terrifing planet skimming it's surface... Well... I may have put it inside the sun. :| Don't worry, I fixed it. Its at 1/5 of moho's SMA Now. It takes 2.5304083 Kerbal Days To Orbit, or about 15 Earth Hours. It will have an Eve-Like Atmosphere, and, once I re-instal KittopiaTech, have a proper "tail" Because of it's Distance to the star. Surface Temperatures will reach over 1000 K. Better get some sunscreen(Or More Likely, a sun-shade.) After Hel, I will add in one or two more to this challenge pack. Any Suggestions? I Don't Recommend gas Planets. They get Messy t Yes. Quite, As of now, It's SOI is about 1.3 Km. that means orbits will only be 3,000 m above the surface. I should tweak it.
  6. okay. What I am trying to say is use examples that you can see. If you can see T-1 somehow, great. Good luck to everyone!
  7. Very Nice! However, Nulleff is Just a super-Kerbin with a highly eccentric orbit. Very Nice. I Especially love pebbles. Also A Note, I am working on Hel, as it will be positioned at 700 km, only 100 over the sun's insta-kill atmosphere. I dare you to encounter it.
  8. You possibly can. Write up some descriptions and I can overview them. Here are the specs of the current objects: Nulleff: 200 km wide (1/3 tylo) 2.6 gees gravity, partially spiky. Brick red. Pebbles: 5 km wide, 40 km sphere of influence(1/3 of gilly). Purple and will likely be very smooth.
  9. True. I HAVE seen alive threads and the last post was a month ago. 1 day is nothing.
  10. Thank You! Those are a lot better than what I thought. Here's an early look at Nulleff. Ill Change it's Name and It's Color: [redacted] Edit: New Image. Shows Pebbles and Nullef In all of their glory. Pebbles Spins within an Hour, and is very sharp. We Do not recommend trying to touch it. The Other Stars are caused by IA-Revived, ProtoJeb21's Mod.
  11. The First Look at Celeritas! It has 2.6 G's of gravity. Think of it as a Mega-Tylo.

@ProtoJeb21 I Have Begun a Kopernicus Challenge Pack! It Will Include This High Gee Planet, with 3.25X Tylo's Gravity, and 1/3 The Size. It also has giant mounds that will smash into you in low orbit. It will be brick red and have a purple moon in polar orbit.

  12. Oh hi there. This is the development forum for my pack I'm making, the Challenge Planet Pack. It includes so far: Nulleff: a super-tylo with no atmosphere and 2.6 gees of gravity. It also orbit 30% farther than Eeloo on a inclined and eccentric orbit. Good luck. Pebbles: a space pebble 3 km wide wide, with surface gravity 50% lower than gilly. Orbits Nulleff in a Polar Orbit, close in. Fun.... Hel: a molten world skimming above the sun with a lot of atmosphere. We're not sure why it's there or how it's atmosphere is staying. The size of dres. Ira: a Small, Young brown dwarf that is very hot. You will not reach the surface. either you will be crushed, melted, or krakened into oblivion. Inclined orbit, so much harder than jool. I might make Nullef it's Moon, and Pebbles another moon of it. Credits: @NickRoss120 Naming Nulleff and Pebbles their Appropriate Names. 13. I recommend for everyone who is new to look at trappist-1 (if you can) and look at the transits live for practice.
  14. Not advertising. I am just inviting people to a ksp discord, because, hey. Discord works well linked to the fourms. For protojeb and anyone else with discord. https://discord.gg/rtpDd

Please don't take this down for whatever reason. I need people to join the space program discord because I Can't find one anywhere. Tell me if there is one for ksp. I'll delete this then.

  15. Epox should change his class (like for me exoplaneteer) to nova Hunter or something.

I assume it's a giant star. Objects of at least 2 solar radii tend to have quite variable light curves as a result of their huge, broiling surfaces. The "transit" that the Terra algorithm found looks a lot like these variations, suggesting that the star is quite large.

  16. If you do want to have higher time warps, I recommend the mod better time warp. You can modify warp speeds to your specifications, as well as physics warp speeds. Be warned that the higher physics warp you go, the more unstable it gets. Good luck!
  17. I Tend To Use the difference clouds for transparancy levels And Plasma Generators and then Colorize. Here's How I Did It for Zarmina: 1. Create Plain Ocean. 2. Create a new layer for sand. Color it Sand Colored. Add a Mask. 3. Create Difference clouds map on another layer. Increase it's contrast until its almost up to only pure black and white. Use this as the mask, but do not cut and paste. copy. 4. Create another Noise Layer. Mask it on the other one. Repeat this for each color of terrain. this way, every layer will only overlay other layers. 5. Collapse all terrain Layers into one. 6. Use Map>Make Seamless 7. Add Clouds If you want to. 8. Use Map Object. f Was. g actually has had new evidence for it pop up again and again, but it never is seen. Kinda Like Planet 9....
  18. Welcome Our Massive Super Kerbi-*cough* Earth Friend, Gilese 667 Cc! http://i.imgur.com/FCBXAQP.png
  19. Everyone give a warm welcome to Zarmina(Gliese 581g). Zarmina is a Theoretical exoplanet that would have the most earth-like ESI. Following Proper Exobiology, The Plants here are red and orange. http://i.imgur.com/1tzyGIm.png @ProtoJeb21
  20. Very Nice Drawing And Description! I gave T-1H a VERY thin atmosphere to hint at cryogenic activity, like Europa, But Larger. And Since it's So Close to being a water world(It's distance to the snow line) makes it a possible sub-surface water world!
