Not sure if this is known or not, but i think the new update broke RSS for KSP 1.3.1. I updated via CKAN for my RSS/RO build of 1.3.1 and it's back to the Stock system. I tried the Bakcport version for KSP 1.3.1 and it didn't resolve the issue. Thanks in advance for any help provided. Edit: I've fixed the issue by rolling back to backport version 1.3.1-24.

I'm not sure if anyone has addressed this already, I've read several pages and haven't seen anything about it, but is there a reason that I'm not getting procedural avionics with the master branch in 1.3.1? I had them with the dev RP-1 branch but noticed they were missing in the master RP-0 branch. Sorry if it's been addressed already.

I'm running RO and RP-0 with all suggested mods in 1.2.2. Every time I install US Rockets and try to start up the game, my game crashes before it loads. Anyone else had this problem?

Edit: I fixed the problem. Had to go into the files and add an "E" to the end of the CABIN RO patch and it finally worked.

I'm having the same issue. I had the mod installed earlier today and i had all of the parts. I installed the RO configs and since then the only part I'm missing is the cockpit. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. If anyone has a fix for this problem, I'd love to hear it.
