Stella Gradus

So, i recently discovered that KSP was indeed on ps4, but when i searched the store, there were no results for Kerbal. This confused me a lot, so i did some research on it but i couldn't piece together why its not on Australian stores. Basically, is it possible to get KSP in Australia?
