Build 'em in the SPH, and either stick wheels on 'em or teleport them into the water with another mod.

There seems to be an issue with my submarine parts. The diving computer has no actions, and there is no storage for compressed water on the bow and stern parts. Fresh download along with Firespitter. Might it be an incompatibility issue with another mod? EDIT: Bump.
