38 (+) WOOHOO! I've hit my target! The cannon is really accurate, but you have no control over where it hits. You can get it to hit exactly this one spot, but you can't control where that spot is. And the shell does no damage. It's literally just a kinetic weapon. (Which also means I can just put the target there and I can play with it forever. Yay.)
