@panzer1b Thank you for this visual setup!
I have spent the last hour playing around with it, in 1.7.0. So far, seemingly stutter free on an MSI laptop w/8th gen i5; a GTX 1050ti GPU and 8g RAM.
Beautiful mod!

I use the Mission Builder as a stock HyperEdit to test designs.

I'm about to do something crazy. I'm about to play a stock career game of KSP. I'm not sure what I'm thinking.
I always break in a new version with a career save. Have gotten where I do it in hard mode, though. (No reverts, and permadeath)

How did you get it to stick? And can you give some more pictures of your station?
With an claw on the belly.
Here's requested pics...

Finally got an armadillo to stick.
Sending station out in style.

Maybe I can launch something large enough to move this....
Worth a try.

what if it was unlocked as the last tech in the tree worth like 5k science?
That, and a requirement to haul certain non mineable parts, etc.
But magic, prebuilt cheaty mcbase, no.

I propose renaming it "Vincent".
Or Kevin.

I mean, half of what people make in KSP can only fit in the SPH.
Some of us build things that fit in neither.

Finished the Asteroid Station. All 17 rocks.
Now, to build a bigger one.

You've got a lot to learn buddy...
If sourced properly, I will listen.

I know all about this in my day job.

It's not Mun, it's Mün.

Except for that pesky little fact that Mün only appears scrawled on a cartoon rocket as artwork.
Everywhere else, it's Mun.

They had to hold off a day to coincide with the Falcon Heavy launch.
Or maybe they are waiting for the black hole photos to be released.
I wish they would hurry, though. I have a 200 meter station with RCS blocks that I cannot read. ;-P

Spent most of the evening setting up new MSI GV62 laptop.
I no longer potato.
Video of Asteroid docking. Sorry about length and silence, but it is interesting how wobbly the station gets after docking. Also zero lag on the new laptop!

It just bugs me, I'm working hard sharing my KSPXperience, uploading photos, videos, creating stories...
I don't have to share my stuff, but I like too, and that's not a crime.
Time to double up on your posts, then. I certainly enjoy your content a lot. Some people Space, some Fly, some Drive.
On my end, my stress reliever is creating more stress.
OK, that's 15 asteroids docked. Physics are getting interesting; Time to call it a night.

Revisited an Old Save, Started Docking the Rest of The Asteroids.
Have spots for nine more.

Yeah, I agree, but this issue exists with the DV calculator as well, and at low fuel levels, you can have engine flameouts before the DV readout reaches close to zero.
I had this issue on an Eve Launcher. Granted, Eve (or anywhere with atmo and terrain) strains my poor netbook, so I had more pressing issues.

Well, you don't actually need ore tanks... they're just handy to have depending on your setup..
Unless there was a change in recent times, an ore tank ( even a tiny one ) is required.
What did you do in KSP1 today?

Tired of wobbly space stations, I am now doing drop tests at the launch pad, to make sure it can support its own weight. This thing makes 5m tanks look tiny.
