Why isnt the mods for previous versions allowed with 1.12. the max version says 1.12.9. I am running 1.12.1.3142

I have Ckan and i am trying to create a new instance and be able to play the newer version. When i try to run the game it says couldn't start game. Cant find the specific file. The game will run on the 1.9 instance

I was able to get the wrench in the kerbals inventory, but now there is an error saying the path for righthand something is missing. I dont know the location of my log

I installed everything when i try to place something from the box to any type of inventory it wont allow it. It says the limit is like 1 L.

Hello i installed this and i am unable to carry anything on the kerbal. even the wrench is too heavy. Please let me know. I need help!!!!

I installed alot of the mods for space x falcon 9 and 9 heavy. I am unable to build it because the parts need a manual but they are all there. I am new to the game. Please assist if able.
