I can't get the better time warp UI to pop up, and I can't time warp more than before, what can I do to fix it? thanks!

Hello, for some reason when I installed BG all of my parts got extremely OP. for example, a thumper with a nosecone reaches interplanetary orbit. what can I do to fix this? Thanks!
