Solved! 1) Done 2) Already done, but I needed to compress the planet lists for systems I disabled. This isn't super clear in the install guide: it tells you to decompress systems you enable, but not to compress disabled systems. The linked video does go over this though, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
