  1. I’m pretty sure that exists in stock KSP
  2. But will SpaceX let a non-Crew Dragon vehicle fly on F9?
  3. It always cracks me up whenever it is assumed that the Soviets just plagiarized they West in not just aerospace, but engineering in general.
  4. No, it’s definitely a vertical stabilizer/rudder, as this drawing shows: Also, I don’t understand why HOTOL need a rocket-powered trolley to take off, when Skylon can take off from a normal runway with landing gear
  5. I meant that if the astronaut ran out of O2 from being in it far longer than planned, which would be better.
  6. I was curious, if an astronaut is stuck on mars with no chance for rescue, would it be better for him/her to wait for the suit to run out of O2, or to just remove the helmet? How would each feel? I was inspired by this clip:
  7. HOTOL https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/HOTOL Though I still wonder why it’s vertical stabilizer is on its nose?
  8. I forgot about all the stuff Danny did
  9. I’m curious Iknow already about how some players position one or more beacons at the end of the runway to help themselves align up with it on approach. I was wondering if someone turned on SAS and set the beacon to be the target, would the SAS automatically fly the plane to the runway, leaving the player to just manage the throttle, landing gear, and flaps until a certain point above the ground where the player would turn off SAS, throttle to idle and flare the plane for landing? Please tell me if this makes any sense or is complete nonsense.
  10. The best known KSP humor AFAIK is Moar Boosters-and using it to build rocket that were just a bunch of orange tanks with engines in an asparagus configuration with RT-10s on the side of that.
