I've had this, it was tweakscale and the author updated and fixed the issue.
-
Hey guy's, I just got the update through CKAN, I was trying to put some engines on a lander and when I clicked them on the FPS went from 60 to 4.
It didn't seem to matter what rocket engine I placed. Could ya's take a look?
I hope this is set up coreectly, my ksp log: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wd-qrpY1nJprI59zmsVvqlSTlKNcqfYW/view?usp=sharing

I wrote a small patch to fix the
bobcatcheetah plumes. To use it just paste it in a new config file somewhere in the gamedata folder, and it requires restock waterfall expansion to work.Very nice, looks perfect. Thank you.

Thanks for continuing work on Restock, Definitely a great mod.
In both RSS and stock versions this is what I'm seeing with the Cheetah engine: https://imgur.com/JhYFb6m
What am I doing wrong?

The game should be the journey.... not the menu.
Essential mod.
-
Understandable, some really good looking SRB plumes though. Thanks for getting it where it is now.

Nope, it was already checked but I'm still having the same issue
You want it unchecked, that way it will circularize your orbit. You know, instead of skipping the maneuver.
if all else fails you can just cancel Auto ascent and use maneuver planner to orbit.
-
is the "skip circularization" unchecked?

Hello.
I have some questions
1. Can this modification improve the FPS in the game or worsen it?
2. Is it compatible with ReStock+
3. Can the standard autostrut be used with this?Hello.
1. This hasn't changed my FPS in any way that I know of.
2. Yes, works fine with Restock+.
3. Yes but you won't need autostrut, this mod stiffens very effectively. The only reason I use struts anymore is for looks.

Thanks Briso, SSTU has so many buggy parts due to not being updated I kind of gave it up. Trying to keep my RSS install more minimal and stable.
-
Nice, thank you sir!

Great mods, thanks for making these!
The plume from the separatron only shows from behind parts of the craft. It appears to not be waterfall (being a solid rocket engine) but also not real plume either? Is there any way to correct this?
I absolutely love using these to separate stages, their nice and clean/flush.
-
Hey Briso, thanks for making these! They look great!
One issue I'm having is the throttle sound effects, the sound doesn't change throughout the throttle down until about 10 percent. Is there anything I can change? Restock engines seem to work fine.

I have a problem with engine.
The thrust of engine becomes low from around 2000m, and the thrust continues to be insufficient until it exceeds 25000m. (Almost no acceleration) When it exceeds 25000m, it returns to the original thrust.I'm using RSS.
Can anyone help me?It sounds like the "Limit Q" in MechJeb's ascent guidance is turned on and set too low.
-
Wow...
I can imagine this being the core of a total conversion mod.
Including planet pack/solar system. Maybe even some futuristic and alien looking parts..... Just sayin'
-
Ok, since there were many errors from other mods (mods were installed/uninstalled often probably causing that) I've decided to wipe and reinstall just a minimal mod list (RSS + visuals + Mechjeb + Kerbal engineer) and installed the current version of KSP.
All the issues are gone, just have an issue with waterfall not working now on the Taerobee engine. It works on the solid (though it's trailing far below it) but I can work with that.
Thanks for the help, wish I had more time to contribute.

First off, thanks for making this. I love sounding rockets, I wish there were more of them without having to download really large parts mods.
Now for the issues:
Probe cores glow green in the VAB once placed.
Nothing is right clickable, no menu pops up, no way to configure anything.
Taerobee engine is spewing plumes IN the VAB.
Here is my KSP.log
Using KSP 1.10.1 for other mods compatibility.

I do love sounding rockets, and these do look great! Any news on progress?
-
Thank you for your hard work Lisias.

This is from the 1979 movie "Star Trek the Motion Picture".... the great return from a classic series. I expect V-GER after this is done.

I just used CKAN to install, it makes it very easy to install and keep updated. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/releases

Has anyone else had problems getting jet aircraft beyond the speed of sound? No matter how sleek the craft or overpowered the engine there's no getting past 330ish m/s.
I had realistic atmospheres installed but removed it thinking it was wigging out but it didn't change anything.
This is a fresh install with less than 60 (very light) mods installed.

Very nice, adds a lot of choices for fuel weight and thrust versus DV. Thank you very much. Performance seem pretty spot on for a casual playthrough. The only other mod I would think would be B9 procedural wings. Didn't check this time, but it wasn't supported in the last iteration.
-
Any way to activate this for procedural tanks?
[1.9.x] Textures Unlimited - PBR-Shader, Texture Set, and Model Loading API

It's in KerbalSpaceProgram>GameData>B9_Aerospace_ProceduralWings folder. The file is called: "B9WingsUnlimited.cfg". The way I did it was open the file and delete it's contents and save it, that way CKAN doesn't try to replace it.
