Try entering back to kerbin when returning to mun setting an orbit with a periapsis set at 40.000 meters and pointing to retrograde

Hi Kerbies, I've accepted a contract to scan a mun crater, I've built my rover but I wonder how to carry it to mun without damage it... Can you show me how do you do it? Best!!

Wow, spent > 300 hours playing KSP and yet didn't started to scratch the surface... Too much things to learn yet! Kudos for developing this mod, much appreciatted!

Made a bunch of contracts today! After spending a lot of kerbucks on upgrading my R+D building I needed some fresh money so I put in orbit an orbital telescope and took some nice pictures of Kerbol, Kerbin and Mun... easy peasy! Then I made a couple of rescue missions and now I've have my first 5 starts pilot that I rescued from Mun low orbit (> 10.000 m.). Then I tested a big decoupler and sent an infrared telescope to Kerbol orbit and finished some material scans of Kerbin and Minmus. It's been a lucrative afternoon, hell yeah!

Contract equipment question
amarillo114 replied to amarillo114's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
I just found out... One was the Multi Spectral imaging platform and the other one the Recon Scan D700 that I didn't unlocked yet (once I found it and unlocked I had no problem to fulfill the contract). Thanks for asking!! -
Hi buddies! Anybody can give me a clue on which devices should I use to do this contract? I've performed a scan with the SCAN sensor multispectral below 30.000 Km orbiting Minmus... but it didn't work, so I'm a bit lost. If you can tell me how to perform both the Recon Scan data and the Multi Spectral Analysis will be very much appreciated!! Best!!

Hi Noob question... Why only a small portion of the scanned map shows color?? I accepted one contract to scan Kerbin (I already got a previous probe scanning Kerbin in orbit, but the scanned portion of the map with the new probe I just put in orbit appear as grey area (instead of showing the colors, the portion of the map scanned by my older probe appear colored). Any clue of what's happening?

Try to attach the Srb boosters radially (I feel that your rocket is way too large) maybe it helps in some way (although i'm quite new at KSP). If you want to store your science tools you need to use the service bay. The experiment container unit can store the results of the experiments but not the tools. You can put the experiment container inside the service bay. Don't forget to add antennas and bateries for being able to transmit the experiment results from orbit to kerbin (or you will get the gathered science if you land with the experiment container still attached to the pod) Hope that helps! * noob advice, surely there are better explanations and suggestions!
