Do we still need to wait for Scatterer to update for the new AVP to work? I'm still getting the no-water problem when I install it with the current outdated Scatterer.

This is how my game looks with only the required mods installed. Once I actually load into a game, Kerbin looks normal and less rainbowy, but the extremely busy, "fuzzy" skybox is still there: Is this how AVP is supposed to look out of the box or am I missing something?
