Is it possible that the parts that come with this mod could be released as a separate mod?

For some reason Mork, Orus, Kaith, and Narath all appear as pitch black in the Tracking station. Is this because I am not using the EVE and Scattered visuals? Edit: I solved the problem, you just need to set the quality settings to max. BTW, this mod rocks.
