Really appreciate the help. Not sure if it was [x] Science or EVE but I fully stripped out both and now MechJeb is working perfectly. Loads right up. I'll try adding them back later today one at a time and seeing if I can 'not' break it all again, haha. Until then, Thanks!

HTTP ERROR 500 Is this because I'm new -- less than 5 posts -- or that I'm doing something else wrong?
