Which version of rp-1 should i download?

I've been wanting to download rp-1 for a while now. I was about to download 1.8 rp-1, but than, i saw carnasa release a video on how to install 1.10 rp-1.. Which version or rp-1 one is better? 1.8 or 1.10?
