found the solution! i reinstalled BDArmoury and AA, boom, its fixed

i also tried 1.10.1, 1.11.1, it froze on loading on both

it freezes on start up loading at Hispano mk2 Enclosed Barrel/hispanoMK2enclosed/hispanoEnclosed when i have BDArmory, but works fine on its own. 1.9.1
