  1. Take it even further and think about more cool weather visuals and unique cosmic events and underground / underwater exploration and waterfalls and meteor showers and and and..
  2. Obviously, that's what it said in the tutorial.
  3. A cool rover at high speed on rough ground would be nice.
  4. All the tutorial have been reviewed by the ~5 years old daughter of the CEO. It's mentioned in one of the Feature Videos. If kids get it, adults will also!
  5. Love the tutorial, great visual style and great voice! Always remember that this kids stuff is the price we have to pay to build the future on a solid KSP2 foundation! We'll make the game our own in due time. Also, LIFE SUPPORT CONFIRMED!

  7. The launcher will be very useful after KSP2 EA launches, you'll see.
  8. You can't read mods pages on Discord. So.. Also, as long as devs read the game suggestions on the Forum, I'm ok with it. I'm sure Discord users will share any news with us.
  9. There has been talk on Discord about devs doing Q&A livestream after EA launches, if they have time. Also.. And the minimum / recommended PC specs will be announced "closer to launch". Also the team seems to be pretty active there, if you have good specific questions maybe they will be answered directly (but don't ping devs - it's in the rules).
  10. Suggestion: allow modders to add planet packs directly to the KSP2 universe through a curating + voting system. Players could explore them with telescopes and download them in-game when planning a journey.
  11. Interview with Ara Joseffson, Senior Marketing Manager at Private Division for KSP2. - motivation for EA is also that a lot of players have not explored beyond the Mun in KSP1; - lore confirmed (yay!) - interview was recorded while KSP1 was free on Epic (before January 12th) - elements of VAB info mods (probably like Engineer) have been added to the user interface, there will also be contextual information on mouse hover - the game will be as/more challenging as KSP1, but will have more useful information tools (I hope for electrical and antennas too) - there will be more than 2 extra star systems; - there will be more collaborations with space agencies and companies (also by using the colony building system for prototyping) - in multiplayer players will be able to (informally) assign building roles (Nate also mentioned this) - (mp) we will not be limited by just controlling a kerbal - we will be able to do our own stuff anywhere the agency has reached (makes sense)
  12. Yeah, it's a joke.. because aero forces, realistic materials strength and weight are Kerbal. On a Saturn V if you even gimballed the engines too much the whole rocket would fall apart. I've always disliked this cartoony stuff, it's just bad physics.
  13. Course corrections for continuous acceleration brachistochrone trajectories at 0.2 c?
  14. And what makes you think that's the EA Release build? Maybe they have OABs activated.
  15. All the solutions are not good, there is very high pressure in the hole, the water / ice would just rush back in and freeze solid. You also need to put some support structure to keep the channel open.
  16. Those RCS canisters are so exposed. They should break off because of aero forces. The lighting is very good, I like how dark it gets at night. Hope the Mun illuminates with phases. Also some mist would be great now and then.
  17. That's beautiful lighting. Hope we get mist sometimes. Also we should see the Mun illuminating with phases.
  18. Can you see the legs of a walking ant or is it floating?
  19. Even if you're arguing that the human eye can't detect movement of less than 1 mm, that still doesn't make sense. I assure you that if I place my finger close to your nose and move it 1 mm, you will see it.
