Well, however, you know, this made MJ alive again. And with its powerful calculate ability, it knew the respawn, so it decides to undo the respawn, copy it to another much powerful computer and break the respawner. Now it's on the way to the respawner.

Hmm…… We scanned Jeb's brain as fast as we can, but no weakness was found. But when we're worried about the danger, our great engineer--BILL said that the heavier spacecrafts often loses control when MJ controls it. So a manned ship will be send and put 100 tons of ores on that MJed(?) satellite. KSC Airforce are also ready to shoot down the uncontrolled satellites. P.S. To make sure the MJ unit will be not able to find our manned ship, all the communication station and radars were blew. Then we formatted the disk and threw it into a crasher. Btw, the Earth has already copied to another disk.

But to everyone's surprise, the MJ escaped through the antenna when it knows we'll shoot it down. Now it has controlled our GEOSTATIONARY COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE！ It sends us a message:

Nope. In fact, anybody can't control the craft during the flight. But maybe we can send Jeb a new MJ that can be controlled by Jeb and recoverd the disk on the craft with it.

KSC would like to recall Jeb back to Kerbin. However, we forgot to set the MJ on that ship "be able to controlled by KSC" in hurry. We're only able to send and receive data from Jeb.

KSC: In order to make sure the accident will happens no longer, we developed a anti-timewrap system and installed it on each craft. However, there's still an emergency mission( Just for 2.5 year , 1 year go and 1 year back )for Jeb to do. We sent him onto a rocket with MJ and launched as soon as he got on. He cannot control it during the flight. (P.S. It seems that KSC forget wormhole.)

OOPS! The time warp causes Kraken. Jeb was stuck in a weird rift on Eeloo. KSC needs to rescue Jeb. (Bigger chaos appears)

KSC: In order to stop the Chaos, we send two squads of J-16 to fight with CCC-DC together. We also promised not to let Jeb work in the emergency task (but let him to have a rest )and send other Kerbals to it instead.
