  1. i love this mod but i have a problem with jet engine sounds... they're way WAY too loud, enough to give me a headache and consider uninstalling the mod can we get an additional config page to individual adjust volumes for each sound? (liquid fuel engine, solid fuel engine, jet engine, etc)
  2. @JadeOfMaar ohhhh, yeah that makes significantly more sense, thank you for the response i might do RSS/RO eventually when i have the patience to set it up, make it look good (especially with volumetric clouds) and have the brainpower to figure out what the hell is going on
  3. can someone help me out? i like the look and potential of all of these engines but i struggle to see the purpose of any of these engines compared to liquid fuel, these engines are seemingly worse to build rockets with, needing many more fuel tanks to even start being more efficient what are the applications for these engines? i dont see myself ever building a rocket large enough to get some noticeable effects out of them, the only time i see myself using these guys are for orbitally assembled interstellar vessels... but then again, i have nuclear engines for this i am not saying the mod is bad, it looks really cool, im just wondering where id use these? am i missing something?
  4. i am excited to stress test my PC just like star citizen but for real, i am excited for EVERYTHING, KSP 2 is a game that i have been waiting for since its announcement
  5. so ive noticed that the engines are "realistic" as in they have ullaging, limited ignitions, etc, is there any way to disable this? im using "Ven's New Parts" from CKAN instead of the revamp because no waterfall compatibility
  6. what about... a scaled down version of the black hole or same size black hole but with the mass of one (or two) kerbols, that way it would pretty much be purely visuals and not really affect that much gameplay, the accretion disk would obviously provide the light to planets, you could run engine isp x2 (the mod) in order to make it a bit more fair early game (im sorry i just really want a good mod that replaces kerbol with a black hole)
  7. might be too close eh? > Technically it's easy, but replacing Kerbol with Kcalbeloh will make it almost impossible to transfer to another planet in earlay game. can you do it anyway sometime? ill figure it out
  8. more questions: would setting the distance factor to something like 0.01 work? if not, is there any way i can manually adjust the distance from kcalbeloh to kerbol? edit: nevermind i found out how to manually adjust distance edit2: im taking my sweet time getting kcalbeloh as close as possible to kerbol so that A: i can see it clearly from kerbin and B: i dont require the wormhole to get to it, with some slight SOI changed, semi-major changes and alot of tweaking ill get it done edit3: i got it as close as im comfortable with (ie: its closing in on the limit where id have to put in more effort to get it closer) https://prnt.sc/jEGn9qe4TV5n
  9. it does physically exist but without mods its pretty much unreachable, its at minimum 1+ terameters away (really REALLY far away)
  10. do you think its possible to create a version of this mod where it replaces Kerbol? with some orbit changes obviously but it would be nice to see Kcalbeloh from Kerbin yknow, would make getting up close with the black hole alot easier and less buggy
  11. oh and: parallax doesnt like me starting on efil (attempting reinstall) edit: forgot to disable ksc extended and whatnot
  12. 1: yes 2: no i did see the post that said 3.16 has a comms problem but im worried if i downgrade to 3.15 something might break
  13. suggestion: a config setting where you can disable the larger rocks and just have the small rocks that dont have collisions, im having issues with incorrect collisions but dont want to just turn off collisions and drive through the rocks instance of incorrect collisions: collisions being slightly off of the actual rock model or invisible rocks that dont load in but still have collisions, making navigation MUCH harder, i have turned the scatter density to 0.5 to reduce lag, do you think this is the issue?
