Thanks so much it fixed it

I am really sorry If it is just because of me but my KSP is refusing to work and I have just done a clean install of 1.12.3 with tweakscale and all the dependencies I could find but it stated that DB.19x dll was missing and I have tried everything to fix it but no matter what it won't go away. Sorry for the effective plea for help
