  1. Personally I'm most excited about being able to change the colour of parts - I think it'll dramatically increase the visual quality of all the things we build and make it so much easier to build colourful things. (Not like in KSP1 where we had to either install buggy mods or import a ton of custom flags) Also congratulations in advance to the winners of this - You're very lucky to not have to buy KSP2!
  2. How is the handling? And also, acceleration needs work... It's absolutely amazing once it gets going, but it seems to take a while to get there. It's okay for the base - it can be tuned out later once we start adding parts.
  3. What is 2X Large and 3X Large? The 1.875m size has been dropped, so why not 5m? And now there is even bigger?
  4. Very well made, new players are going to have so much more information than we did!
  5. Very impressive! The track is exactly how it should be
  6. No, sorry! It might not even work as there are plenty of invisible bumps on the track. What do you mean? If it's an exploit, then no.
  7. Complete a single (standing start) lap of this track with a car, as fast as possible (timed with an external stopwatch). Restrictions are: -Only propulsion may be rover wheels. So no rockets, jets or Kraken Drives allowed! (You are allowed to tune the wheel settings, obviously.) -At least three wheels, otherwise it counts as a bike. You can have unpowered plane wheels if you really want. -At least one Kerbal. This can be in an EAS-1 External Command Seat or in a proper cabin, but at least one must be on the vessel. -No infinite electricity. The lap must be completed using the car's own electricity resources, whether that be batteries, solar panels, fuel cells or RTGs. -As many attempts as you want! Feel free to quicksave at the start position so you can go back if you crash or run out of power. -Only Stock + DLC parts. Lights are not required. They look cool and that's about it (unless you're doing your lap at night). This is my car; the 'KerbalKar' XR. Four-wheel drive with front-wheel steering. Elevons rotated forward slightly make great spoilers, and really help to stop rolling. Notice that the spoilers are rotated inward slightly as well - This means that when you press the A & D keys, they will move in a certain direction, which I have set up to reduce roll. The elevons have their 'deploy' function mapped to the 'gear' action group, so the spoilers can lay flat for reduced drag on straights, but on corners, they can be tilted upward to increase downforce. It has enough batteries for about 2-3 laps, and some structural panels (because they look cool ). This is the start position of the track. All of that and I managed a 1:18.72. Can you beat it?
  8. I'm not sure, there's one of the parts from the Missing History mod I think, the 1.875-1.25m command pod.
  9. YES, looking forward to playing with these!
  10. I am trying to build semi-realistic fighter craft and I would like to know how much fuel I actually need (per engine). Mostly I use the Panther jet engine.
  11. I think some parts are - It looks like the 1.875m parts are mostly there.
  12. A.I.R.B.R.A.K.E.S absolutely work on Kerbin, and are very effective at slowing down fast planes.
  13. When docking two ships together, will the AutoStrutted parts automatically re-strut themselves to the new root part or heaviest part? (Excluding grandparent part, as this should stay the same.)
