Thanks for the replies! My original plan was to have a seperate pack of all the solar panels, antennas, and other "stickupy thingies" (<-- name of pack?) o put wherever. I will try to scale everything so it is compatible with both stock and other parts from the pack. -

well, as you can see from the my pictures, not a single part of this pack is picture-perfect, so don't worry about it. this is supposed to be soviet-like, which basically gets me out of making the model have a kerbillion polygons and making you game lag. perfect parts are nice, but not the point of focus here. MY opinion is that it is better to quickly get a working but not-so-nice model to use, and maybe in later updates I will make it more accurate. I would like the community opinion on the above statement tho ^ -

you are developing the first stage of the n-1, so, you are helping, so, you are part of the dev team for this pack if you want to be removed, just say so. -

erm... heres my suggestion: I will make the N-1 compatible with the docking mod, but the N-1 will have space to take a lander up with it (like the saturn 5) (a): you take the lander up with you, fly to the moon, transfer your kerbals to the lander, use a tutorial i will include to make the lander pilotable, land, fly back up, return OR (: you use the docking mod to dock in orbit and fly to the mun -

yep. working on the orbital & descent modules, soyuz service module models are finished, need to texture vostok delayed to next version tho nutt is working on animating the solar panels and making crew hatches (i hope ) -

yep. SRB's. the n-1 (which was the subject in the first quote) was a little-heard-of and failed soviet project to get an equivalent of the american saturn 5 (Saturn V). it had SRB's as the lower stages. Also, the Energia laynch system has SRB's on the side of the large fuel tank, just like the american STS. I will try setting crew capacity to 0 -

erm... im actually not sure whether he does or not all i need the internal spaces for is to make the pod work as an actual pod and he did say he was good with unity... well, if not at least the solar panels are almost done -

erm... im actually just going to have the SRB stages of the n-1 as single long-lasting SRB (thats each stage=1 custom SRB) i will eventually going to try making the proton, but you cant yet make unmanned craft w/o plugins, and i cant code at all... The voskhod, vostok, and soyuz will all just be a single universal orbital module (the spherical-ish one) with their respective service modules, and in the case of the soyuz, a separate descent module that will have the capability to let the kerbals transfer to it from the orbital module, but will be empty upon launch. Thanks for the moral support though! -

Also, which of the venera probes do you want? I will try to make a lander sort of like the 11, with RCS systems and a parachute. I will try to also make a payload fairing and cruising stage for it. As for the Buran, I am not sure whether I will be able to manage but i will try -

Thanks for the tip... just tried an unfinished, untextured version in-game and it was HUGE. Fixing the problem now Speaking of Unity... I have absolutely no clue how to animate the solar panels I can handle all the other parts though. I can send you the solar panel models, can you animate them? I will list you as one of the creators of the pack no need for anything fancy though, just hinging at the.. well... hinges. Thanks! (please dont feel obliged to do anything) -

making collision meshes slightly smaller worked for me, but then again i have very little experience looks awesome for now, if a bit un-creative (NOT trying to be depressing-keep up the good work!) -
