THANK YOU have been waiting for something like this for a loooooong time! so do I just set the "module" to strut and change the section to which it appers in? or is it something more complicated?

hm.... cool jool landing, but i was thinking.. since gas giants technically have a liquid hydrogen/helium surface, should there be an "ocean" of sorts? just thinking out loud

THE SOYUZ IS ALREADY ALMOST DONE WHICH IS WHY IT ISNT IN THE POLL I WILL FINISH THE VENERA FIRST, IM SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE!!! TEH LIST OF URGENT THINGS: I am really bad at texturing, can someone help me texture the soyuz descent and orbital modules before I send them to Nutt007 to be exported, as they cannot be edited after export. so far its just solid green so I can see it during in-game testing:P also help me texture the venera! also help me make an N-1 ! *NOTE: this intro is old, read the other sections if you want up-to-date info Hey there guys, I was thinking about making a more complete type pack with a soviet theme. here is the soyuz spacecraft in blender so far, I will add more details if anyone wants me to work on it: (its a link cuz i still havent figured out the new forums) http://imgur.com/66EkA I still need to finish figuring out how to animate parts so i can make the solar panels, and then I have to texture + do the config stuffs for the individual components. PLEASE dont hate, im just posting this to get feedback on whether I should continue this project. *unmanned *1-m diameter Landing gear, rest is too varied in width *based on Venera 11 *RCS for maneuveriing, but otherwise no engines *spot for stock parachte *only config and textures left to do! Aiming for mid- October release! (help with name plz!) *compatible with large stock parts *animated solar panels (hopefully) *3-person orbital and descent modules *crew starts in orbital module, transfers to descent module for.. erm.. the descent.. *Only unity and textures left to do! . Great job squad!!! unfortunately when i try to update it the patcher crashes, either just going into 'not responding' or saying it couldnt extract the zip guess ill have to wait until its on the website

SAS is not used for steering, it keeps your ship steady. RCS assists with steering, as do gimballing engines. Any ship can be steered by just the pond\'s gyros. This ship also does have gimballing engines. -

I conducted quite a bit of testing to find an optimum lander + ship. using the rocket, it is possible to get to any moon with fual to spare, and the lander can get back to kerbin from and moon with just 1/2 a tank left. The biggest, and so far, only disadvantage of this rocket is lack of any SAS system except the pod\'s, but all the SAS does is keep the rocket pointing in the same direction, which although hard, is possible to do without SAS also, it is possible to remove 1 fuel tank from the core stages so that only 3 tanks feed the central gimbaling engine, but this cuts it close on fuel Building instructions: mk1 pod with parachute on top, decoupler below below decoupler a small tank, and smallest engine 3 or 4 landing legs on the fuel tank, placed as low as possible decoupler, 4 tanks, thrust gimbaling engine 6 radial decouplers on the top tank 4 fuel tanks on each of the decouplers with a LVT-30 (biggest no-mods engine) at the bottom of the 4 tanks strengthen the outer stages with struts pic: pplease post feedback! thanks! -mivanit -

Challenge: get into kerbin orbit, intoand orbit around the sun that is no more than 1.5 billion m in diameter, and return safely to kerbin Use and mods that you want (exept stuff like instantorbit) I suggest TTAS (thrionitech aerospace) 0.2

Or at least could someone guide me to a good software and/or tutorial Thanks! ;D P.S. could any one who downloads and tries it tell me what they think of it? It would be really helpfull, and tell me if the adfly is annoying/ not working
