    Thank you for your help, but I found out that it may be caused by KSP Interstellar Extended. Because when I'm not using the KSP Interstellar Exended, the solar panels work. Whether Kcalbeloh is not compatible with KSP Interstellar Extended.

    My solar energy panels don't seem to work at kcalbeloh system, but I work fine at kerbol system
