Map & Tracking Station Target intercept (and also, An/Dn), markers in map view are doubled

I've gotten this from having two vessels target each other. I only have the maneuvering vessel set a target until they've already made their interception and are ready to line up docking ports.
Map & Tracking Station Kerbals are recoverable from other planets

Please don't change this until reverting a flight no longer teleports my Kerbals to empty seats on the Mun.
