Oh but I did try deferred and it kinda worked, the fuel tanks are no longer buggy although the shadows while in the VAB is still there but I don't mind.

I don't have both of these yet, I guess I'll try to see if it fixes it.

I have all the dependencies.

I don't know if this has been discussed since I haven't checked it all but my Falcon 9 fuel tanks are transparent and shadows are not applied to it.
