Same thing happened to me, I decided to build a fast car without even knowing about this thread. Did I miss something in the fine print, I don\'t believe RCS was restricted. The difficulty with building RCS powered craft is finding the balance between thrust, stability, and weight. So in my opinion the RCS league should be similar to the Platinum league in that there is no limit. It doesn\'t matter if you use 3, 30, or 300 RCS blocks because the most optimal design is the one that will win.
