  1. 0.2.0 was a vary early devlopment build. With software trailing zeros after the decimal are important-.2 and .20 are different versions as is .200 and .2000 As a side note I hope we don't get into the .100+ territory.

  3. I had a Munar mission return with only around a combined 10 units of fuel left after a return to direct reentry burn. Might not of been the most efficient, but a parking orbit would of taken way more fuel then I had in my tank.
  4. KSP is at about 1/10 scale for astronomical disances, and our atmosphere ends at 70km where Earths is higher(100km?)
  5. Steam, and I'm enjoying being able to just start it up after updates w/o needing to fight the crowds to download the new version.
  6. HarvesteR did a blog about this, it amounts to the fact that doing the first 80% of the work takes about as much time as the final 20%, and at this point they'd rather work on other area getting them to 80% then get the relatively marginal improvements from finishing off that last 20%.
  7. I started a new game with .20 so my Jeb is still doing a lot of flying, though once I start on a space station he'll probably become its commander until I'm ready to send a ship out to another planet.

  12. I think most of .20 is supposed to be "under the hood" type stuff, with the database system being a big part of it. Kind of hard to show off code and load times in streams.
  13. I believe they said that stuff like terraforming would come in DLCs/Expansions rather then base game as it so far outside the original scope and might deter people by making them think the games learning curve is sharper then it really is.

  15. Or they could have the aerodynamic parts like nose cones and the like subtract from your drag value giving them a reason to exist and, if the took off enough nudging you towards more "real" rocket designs.
  16. From my understanding .20 is resources(fuel) and .21+ will be working on career mode, though I could of course be wildly off the mark.
  17. I predict Jeb will take a massive rocket in a close slingshot orbit around the sun and send us back to October 2012 in early april 2013. Also I'm calling that the demo will be updated to .18 w/ Unity 4.

  19. I want to know how to lock stages as well. As for lessons learned the hard way-make sure engines are shut off before jettisoning them.

  21. I agree the hub needs symmetry, and radial on the struts would be nice to allow for attaching smaller satellites/drop-able ships.
