  1. O_O Dang it, whackjob, you're going to have to start paying for the holes in my floor: I doggone dropped my jaw again! Are you using eight LV-T30s as sepratrons? -Duxwing

    Wake Up calls.

The KSP Theme would work well. Alternatively: For military craft: For scientific craft: -Duxwing
  3. Would copying the book and sharing it among one's classmates be fair use? Please forgive my possible, unintentional rudeness because what you say, if true, would upset me. I want to ask two questions to better understand what you mean. -I think you assume that the subject matter could be stored somewhere beyond a mind or such a recording medium as a book: do you? -Also, I think you imply that extraneous, profit-motivated publications comprise all post-secondary curricula: again, do you? -Duxwing
  4. Removing the regular KAS box also causes the phenomenon. -Duxwing
  5. My game will not load beyond the stock R.A.P.I.E.R. file: what should I do? -Duxwing
  6. Using the inline fairings of Procedural Fairings causes my game to lag strangely, alternating between shortening periods of smooth frame rate and total stillness. The effect exponentially increases when an inline fairing base with attached fairings is removed from the craft. -Duxwing
  7. My craft disassembled themselves only on removing any wedge from any attachment point; e.g., removing a KAS wedge from the top of the stock 0.625m stack decoupler. The hapless Kerbal removing the wedge would instantly accelerate to a seemingly-random speed on any vector pointing from the ship. -Duxwing
  8. Thank you for not requiring RealFuels! Downloading! -Duxwing
  9. My craft violently disassemble themselves when any Kerbal removes any wedge: what should I do? -Duxwing
  10. Listen to that Merlin purr! -Duxwing
  11. We necessarily impose our personal notions of correct gameplay onto others however we influence SQUAD's decisions because whatever they decide, someone will dislike their decision. By your logic, we therefore should allow players to change the mass of ships in flight: if players like their rockets looking "realistic (in any personal meaning of the word 'realistic')" then they can just ignore this option whilst everyone else flies at arbitrary fractions of lightspeed. -Duxwing
  12. You would briefly feel excruciating pain and cease to exist, and the transporter would create a being thinking itself to be you: teleportation is a terrible idea. -Duxwing
  13. @OP *hugs* KSC scene transitions should not affect quickloading and quick-saving: these features are for flight. Quickloading states wherein the player has fewer technologies should pause the game and require confirmation; e.g., "Galloping Galaxies! The quicksave you want to load has less tech than your current save: are you sure about quickloading it?" -Duxwing
  14. Make all your stats tweakable with a trade-off for price; e.g., decreasing EOL by 50% could save you 100 Kredits, which could fund decreasing MTBF or more parts. -Duxwing
  15. Ay-ay-ay... Players therefore encounter a dilemma: Near Future Technologies or huge mission bills? -Duxwing
  16. Solar panels produce little electricity near Jool and none beyond two-thirds of Eeloo's periapsis, respectively impeding and preventing Joolian and Eelooian ion propulsion of large payloads because the long burn times and many ion engines they necessitate require impractically-massive battery banks. The only practical alternative is the LV-N, which requires so much fuel as to prevent creating an interplanetary 'taxi'. Was this effect intentional? -Duxwing
  17. When using Better Atmospheres v4 (and a veritable stew of other mods) I saw that Mun had a blanket-like atmosphere, which is absent when I use v5. Other information: -My only other mod is the 64-bit hack -I run 64-bit Windows 7 with ample computing power Can I retrieve my Munar atmosphere, and if I can, then how? -Duxwing
  18. Dude, forget me: play the Kerbal Cup with Whackjob!

  19. It's beautiful! Would you please make a scaled version for stock planets? -Duxwing
  20. Requiescat in pace--sub astra, post aspera: et tu, astro-navigator, audaces Fortuna iuvat! (Rest in peace--under the stars, after adversity: and you, star-navigator, Fortune favores the bold!) -Duxwing
  21. Put a booster on the Orion. -Duxwing
