  1. Well, rocket construction taking time is kind of in the game already. Don't you spend quite a while building your rockets? Doesn't that count as "construction time"?
  2. I tend to be a little attached to them. If the craft they're on crashed and parts of it survived but not them, I'll rename the crashed craft something like "XX's Wreck". The picture is Henbrett Kerman's Wreck.
  3. The wheels, generally, should be perpendicular to the ground. This should help with it a little.
  4. I mostly use it for aesthetics and putting parts where the game thinks shouldn't be able to be attached to, but in actual fact it should attach.
  5. http://www./view/6vdt3ei479028n7/WTR-25.craft Of course, the Zokesian flag.
  6. Henbrett Kerman, the test pilot for my planes before he got into an accident while testing the latest ground vehicle design. Pic is of Lemley Kerman, the replacement test pilot and best friend of Henbrett, standing in front of the wreck.
  7. To me, it's more of a management thing. You have a limited amount of power, and have more data than you can transmit under that amount of power. Which one do you send back via transmitting? Which do you send back with the craft? Is there any way to have more power if you don't have batteries/solar panels? *Hint hint*
  8. Hastily built a plane to try out some things. The plane didn't managed to do what it was built to do... but it went and broke my personal high altitude speed record.
  9. My first proper plane was called "What's This"... That was shortened to WT, and then..
  10. It's relatively easy to fly fast up high. Now, flying fast at sea level while trying to keep part count down and make the plane look good. That's the real challenge.
  11. So I modified one of the planes I was working on, and took it for a spin. Literally.
  12. Ah... space. I missed you. Used 7 command pods to ensure I have enough torque.
  13. Annnnnnd, KSP bugged out on me again. That's an unattached part, if you're wondering. Had to alt-F4 out of KSP since I couldn't do anything, not even get out of the SPH.
  14. Start with simpler designs, then after you get how to position them, you can go big. The "skeleton" where you put the wings on is very important, you may have to plan out how the skeleton must be like for your craft.
  15. Well, since I mostly make atmospheric planes, I guess the most useful for me would be the WT-25, it is the craft that spawned more crafts based on it. The default WT-25 WT-25 Arma, a transport craft that is expected to be able to fit a variety of roles after subassembly is in the game. WT-25CR, craft now built for the Cocoon Concept. And the latest, which is currently in development, the WT-25 Arma-GS
  16. I think one of my crafts will be very very suitable for such challenges. EDIT: Done. I present to you, the WT-25CR-1! It's 57 tons at launch. I'm going for how much of the wall I destroy, so I didn't care much about the weight of the surviving craft. Didn't get a screenshot at the time of impact though. PURGE Flew a few rounds before landing, the damn thing wouldn't turn to the runway. Landed on the grass. Was difficult to do proper aiming, and somehow the target marker didn't appear on my navball... so I hit the side of the floating wall.
  17. Words cannot describe my rage. I tried to put a ship into the water, and after rolling the ship down to the end of the runway at 10m/s, it turns out the damn runway is floating. Then I tried again, this time I drove off the side of the runway to prevent the floating runway from screwing with me, and I ran out of electric charge just as I need to slow down while going down the coast. Tapping the brakes does nothing, and I try holding the brake button. Goddammit.
