Based on the technologies developed for my U-boats, I built a dual hull submarine with armor and stable handling. It also has an armored hangar on the deck, along with a nice fuel load of 13,000 units and a cruising speed of 12.6 m/s at 40-200 meters depth. She weighs about 700 tons and is almost 60 meters long. XD The hull bottom is just more armor. It can dive rather deep.

Since I'm technically running an 1 person company (KATEC), can I have it moved over to the new spacecraft exchange? It's my repository for craft and ideas, and I'd like to preserve it. Thank you. :) And the new forum will be rather interesting. :D

Type-01 IJN Submarine Prototype Showcase [WIP]
andrew123 replied to andrew123's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Sea trials of two competing designs. One's designated the Senpai, while the other is the Dresden (U-Boat 2, but it's gone through many revisions since it was first revealed). Some close maneuvering tests. The Senpai has a special forces dry lock in the rear half. The U-Boat 2 is more of a streamlined hull. That allows it to hold 15-16 m/s, while the senpai gets 14 m/s. -
So, I'm working on a submarine ATM. It's easily able to dive and resurface, it has good underwater handling, and has a torpedo bay on the front bow. It carries over 6000 units of liquid fuel. That gives it plenty of range. The new revisions will have a much larger frontal weapons bay, better handling, higher cruise speed, and a wider beam. The current version cruises around 12.9 m/s and can carry two torpedoes. Upgraded version should hold four or more. I was originally going to mount Kaitens on this, and I still may.
Great replica, although I think the real tiger 2 is almost TALLER :P
I based it off of a War Thunder picture, so it's not terribly accurate with dimensions. XD As I said, I had to release this incomplete before Zekes zuckenberged me.

With Zekes threatening to release a new Tiger II after seeing mine, I've decided to release it early. It's no fun to have my long term project go to waste (AP's and subject tests don't give me much play time.) (He's probably going to release another version specifically made to overshadow mine... I'll get my revenge. ) I'll release a Tiger II-1 with a thicker frontal glacis soon. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xiu9jwc4dcrt4cb/A%20Tiger-IIPIP-2_2%20Cockpit%20X.craft?dl=0 -NOTE: The turret must not be clipping into the hull while you decouple the turret, otherwise it will not work. Add a cockpit and decoupler to the top if you want to have easier turret control. Also, wiggle a little if it gets stuck while rotating. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mG3BvkT6YQ

KSP on PS4 and Xbox One, how will it work?
andrew123 replied to Dat_Spy_44's topic in KSP1 Discussion
With all of the limitations and lack of actual export features on the XBOX and PS4 versions of minecraft, many of my friends were compelled to acquire the PC version. I see consoles as a good starter platform, but PC's are overall more versatile and useful even when not gaming. -
Haha. And even that civilization might've run into its own filter. If this is real, I say it's a good sign. I say that humanity can cross those boundaries and dominate the stars. If this is genuine, perhaps the Pentagon will magically find the resources to develop FTL and salvage the technology of the dyson sphere for creative applications. Maybe this'll inspire our species to go on a FTL development race.

It opened the eye of terror. I do hope that the civilization didn't create something that could threaten humanity in the future. Let's just hope that they don't resemble the Necrons in any way, shape, or form. On a serious note, I'm curious about the implications of the observations. Perhaps we're seeing the surviving accomplishments of a past human civilization capable of faster than light travel, from which we're descended? Perhaps it's the work of a trans dimensional species?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/lgwtza5ot35zq1n/J-20%202015-1.craft?dl=0 Here's a heavily tweaked version. The aerodynamics are different from the version I showed last time, and it'll change before I release it, if I have the time.

Nope.

So, I made a J-20 that can reach 380-400 m/s under 100 m, and has extremely good static stability. I guess the PLAF has the chops for KSP aircraft design. It's fun to fly. Not to mention has the ability to make a full loop starting at under 40 m.

After I finish the SAT on Saturday, finish all of my projects, and study for my tests, I'm making another replica to see which nation made the most KSP compatible stealth fighter craft.
-
Nice, but it looks more like a F-15... The ATD-X is my favorite Fifth Generation fighter project apart from the F-22 Raptor. I suggest that you lower the cockpit a bit, and blend in the engines with a little more spacing.

They actually showed the interior of the factory, the suspension, the tank interior, the crew capsule, and the derivative models of the T-14. Some parts of the tank were blurred out, especially the turret ring. I have to say, the Russians made a mean looking tank. Let's just hope that they don't break down en route to a battlefield.
