  1. Interesting language in this.

    and

Assuming that the price will increase when the patch is rolled out, we won\'t see the update until early next month. Not what I was hoping for (the ideal here being the patch has been out but I failed to notice), but at least it isn\'t VALVe time. And as the others have said, it would be ludicrous to make those who have already bought the game fork over more money. Now if this was EA on the other hand....

Now now! We shouldn\'t tease the Devs! :P

  2. This is why people are quick to shout 'cheater'. By assuming that it\'s impossible to carry enough fuel for a kerbol visit, and making a cheat part to do just that. It implies a lack of will and effort to them. (I\'m not saying this is what you\'re doing, but...)

However, it\'s certainly possible to carry enough fuel for a kerbol trip. You just need to make the vehicle as light as possible, and efficient as possible.

IE you must defy the complete and utter definition of 'kerbal'.

  3. Maintenence - All the standard stuff. Although I should do a Windows reinstall one day soon.

Utilities - CoreTemp (which needs an update), HeidiSQL, OpenOffice.Org (yes forums it is a website, no forums I don\'t want it linked)

System Protection - Microsoft Security Essentials (because I can\'t be bothered changing it), AdBlock Plus (FireFox Addon), NoScript(FireFox Addon), Not being stupid on the internet (works most of the time)

  4. Still I find that most of the lag happens only at loading, in the VAB and right at the start of launch! This game must have one effective system! Even in 0.11 it would slideshow if you had too big a rocket, but 0.13.2? I CANNOT make it lag! At all! There\'s a slightly longer pause after pressing launch... and then it\'s crystal clear! Strange!

  5. Why and how?

Clearly it would have to go in the list of suggested features, only Harv could implement such a feature. As the good Capt\'n says:

There is no such thing as cheating in a sandbox game.

So if it was going to be implemented, if it had enough support, it would probably be logical to wait for campaign to come along.
