  1. Thanks for the reply Papa_Joe! I have the hatches open though . I noticed in the cls interface that the ships wouldn't register as connected until I opened them. Maybe it's the KSOS docking ports? I haven't unlocked the regular ones in my career yet so haven't tried them. Later in the mission I discovered I was also unable to xfer science between these two ships, regardless of CLS useage. Again these may be issues with the KSOS docking ports or even a different mod, I'll try to spend some time testing to confirm when I get a chance. Excellent mod and thanks again for your reply
  2. I'm having trouble transferring crew between capsules. CLS shows everything is connected but there's no "Xfer" option listed when I try to transfer the crew . I saw a similar question but it looked like the problem was that the parts the person asking weren't actually connected by CLS so that's where I checked CLS to make sure it was setup correctly. Of course I could (and did) just turn off the CLS option but I like the realism lol. I'm using the KSOS standard docking ports if that makes a difference. Thanks!
  3. Thanks again Avalon, I am/was using the basic version. About to do some tests on individual mods to see if there was a specific conflict or simply the volume of mods. I'm doubing the later since I'm running 64-bit, have ample memory, and am using active texture management. Unfortunately there is no crash or Exception listed in the logs, it simply dies during texture loading which would be consistant with a memory issue. I can try the aggresive version to compare against but if that's error prone it might not be a worth while test. I'll keep playing around and if I find something specific I'll make sure to report it. It's an awesome mod!
  4. Thanks again. I was but it failed prompting my original test and post. Must be a direct mod conflict somewhere I'll have to go through it all and see which one is causing the issue.
  5. Thanks, I ran a quick test using the 64-bit KSP client on linux: KSP clean install Added KSO + depencies the game doesn't load properly. Added Active texture management, game will load. Originally I wanted to add this to my exsiting modded KSP but it looks like it can't even be run by itself? Is anyone else able to use this + other large mods like interstellar?
  6. Sorry if this has been answered before, I saw some people had a similar issue but didn't see any resolutions in this thread. I'm unable to launch the game with the KSOS mod installed. I thought it might be a mod conflict so I created a clean KSP 0.23.5 directory and only added KSOS and it's dependencies. The game starts to load and then exits back to desktop. As an experiment I removed just the KSO folder from GameData keeping the dependancy mods and the game was able to load just fine. I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit with 12GB of RAM (10 were free at launch) and 64 bit KSP so doubting it's a memory issue. Any help would be appreciated, this mod looks so awesome! Will try it out on Windows as well and see what happens.
