Sorry for bugging you. I posted this on the forum but it was completely ignored in the general bickering that goes on there. This a repost of what I asked:

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it's a bug. As long as I'm flying a single craft all is fine and MJ works. But when I dock another vessel and try to fly that (i.e. mothership+lander) maneuver nodes, the dotted yellow planned orbits and the various markers no longer show up on the map, just the blue orbit. It still works, (edit: actually, not sure if it even works any more) but its kind of weird because I don't see what it's doing. I tried to set Control From Here to either vessel's command module or MJ module but that does not make a difference. Any ideas? Thanks!
